Dr. Shariva White is a proud first-generation graduate of North Carolina Agricultural & Technical State University earning her Bachelor of Science in Business Education & Marketing along with her secondary education teacher certification. She continued her educational pursuits at North Carolina State University where she earned her Master of Education in Higher Education Administration with a concentration in Student Affairs. Further developing her passion for educating and empowering students, she earned her terminal degree from Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts where she was awarded her Doctor of Education in Higher Education Administration.

 

Dr. White's passion for higher education was instilled in her at an early age. By earning multiple national merit-based scholarships she was able to earn all degrees with little debt. Her passion for supporting historically underserved students comes from her positionality as a first-generation, low-income, minority student who was challenged with the college going process. Her firsthand experience with traversing the high school to college transition with grit and resilience propelled her forward to not only pave the way for herself but bring others up along the way.

 

She turned her innate passion for helping others into a life-long dream – to become a business owner supporting student success. Using data driven approaches, relevant research practices, a compassionate listening ear, and action-oriented approaches, she builds personable relationships that make lasting impressions on those she serves. Through collaborative efforts with business partners, Dr. White is committed to EDUCATING clients, EMPOWERING confidence, and collectively ENDEAVORING towards goal attainment.
