We have been able lead research teams via actionable and manageable deadline driven approaches resulting in added value to the educational knowledge base. In addition to supporting research teams, we also conduct external program evaluations and 1 on 1 assistance to doctoral candidates and students needing additional support conducting research.

HEV has experience in program development, summer bridge programs, first year experience seminars, peer mentor programs, retention management software systems, and Supplemental Instruction. Our client tailored program EDUCATES individuals with relevant research designed to support historically underrepresented students, EMPOWERS communities to identify values and purpose, and helps them ENDEAVOR collectively towards holistic student success. We provide faculty and staff members with best practice research on supporting students of color, first-generation, and Pell Grant eligible student populations. Previous experiences include, developing and administering strength based assessment workshops, diversity and inclusion seminars, and conducting yearly training for faculty and student support groups. In addition to faculty and staff training, we provide development and execution of training for student leaders, peer mentors, and student success workshops to prepare them for leadership roles and the upcoming school year.
