WHO WE ARE
Higher Ed Ventures is an educational consulting firm based out of Charlotte, NC. HEV was created to assist secondary and post-secondary entities invested in the achievement of historically underserved student populations with goals of closing achievement and opportunity gaps through building cultural competence, agency, and capital. HEV comes with over 13 years of experience in program planning, evaluation, research, training, mentoring, and coaching. The firm has a passion for taking the journey along with their clients to assist in any way to achieve equitable learning environments aiming to enhance graduation rates which cultivates educated diverse communities.
